TO BOOK A FIELD TRIP
Please choose a program and fill out the registration form. You may email, fax, mail, or call in your registration. You will receive a confirmation letter within one week of our receipt of registration. Please call with any questions you may have. We are happy to help.

ARRIVAL
Students should arrive at least ten minutes early to allow time for unloading and check-in. The group’s leader should bring their Balance Due Form and a single payment for the entire group. All programs will begin at the Museum Store located next to the parking area.

PAYMENT
The total program fee including students and adults must be paid for with a single payment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. One adult per five students is admitted free of charge.

SIBLINGS
ALL children aged four and older are charged admission.

CRAFT FEE
Anyone who is eligible for free admission and wishes to participate in the hands-on activities will be charged the student
rate of admission.

Picnics
Groups are welcome to use the lawn to picnic. We have three picnic tables available for smaller groups. In the case of inclement weather, groups may be allowed access to indoor facilities provided there are no scheduling conflicts. Please bring trash bags and dispose of all trash in the dumpsters located behind the barn.
